• Demo racquets will be available for 48 hours.
• Photo ID including address, and verified phone number which will be scanned.
• Demo Fee to be paid that is deductible of the purchase price of the racquet. Please note that the Demo Fee rebate is valid for 30 days only, and there is a limit of $20 that can be deducted off purchase price for multiple testing sessions to avoid misuse. 

It is recommended that you organise somewhere to hit at your local club before booking a demo racquet, to ensure that you do have some place to hit.  If you cannot hit due to weather and wish to keep the racquet for an extra day, please contact the shop to check in case the racquet has already been booked by another customer.

We have recently completed our initial review of our Demo Policy to ensure that our customers have the oppportunity to test racquets before they purchase to ensure they find one that suits them.  We are consistantly reviewing and adjusting our policy to ensure that it is not misused and that genuine customers are serviced.
