• Half Hour (30 minute) limit applies to our FREE DEMO facility.
• Photo ID including address, and verified phone number.
• Demo Fee to be paid that is deductible of the purchase price of the racquet.  Please note that the Demo Fee rebate is valid for 30 days only, and there is a limit to the amount that can be deducted for multiple testing sessions to avoid misuse.
• All testing must be performed at Boroondara Tennis Centre unless prior authorisation by IT Tennis Management. 
• You can book ahead at certain times if you require a trained IT Tennis staff member to hit on court with you.  Generally this is free during school terms from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that during Tournaments and School Holidays, courts for testing may be at a premium due to the busy nature of the Boroondara Tennis Centre.  We suggest that you contact the Pro Shop to check on suggested times.

We have recently completed our initial review of our Demo Policy to ensure that our customers have the oppportunity to test racquets before they purchase to ensure they find one that suits them.  We are consistantly reviewing and adjusting our policy to ensure that it is not misused and that genuine customers are serviced.
